Prøvde med det som stod i skrivet fra ZF som fulgte med pumpen, men fikk den ikke løs Sikkert en bolt jeg ikke har funnet

48 - SteeringHydraulic pump, removing and installing (100/A6) CAUTION!

 

 

Power steering hydraulic system operates with power steering fluid, Part No. G 002 000.

1 - Pressure hose Disconnect to check pump pressure

To replace, remove brake booster

Note different types of O-rings and copper seals

2 - Bolt/washer assembly 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

3 - Mounting hole on intake manifold To mount pressure hose

4 - Hydraulic pump Check supply pressure => Page AUDI-C4-SU02-48-012-0248-132

Do not repair

Before removing suction and pressure hoses from pump, install hose clamps, Snap-On Model YA2850 or equivalent, to suction and pressure hoses

Before installing hose on the suction side, fill pump with power steering fluid and turn by hand until fluid comes out of pressure side

5 - Pulley Remove to remove hydraulic pump, by loosening tension on ribbed belt AUDI-C4-SU02-48-012-01 Fig. 1

6 - Bolt 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

Loosen before removing pump

7 - Bolt/washer assembly 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

8 - Bolt 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

9 - Bracket for hydraulic pump To remove pump, remove bolt/washer assemblies -7- and bolt/washer assemblies -17- so pump can be removed together with bracket

Sliding bushing installed on left is eliminated, along with bolt -AUDI-C4-SU02-48-012-0118-, starting with VIN ...PN 009 632 (1993 m.y.)

10 - Ignition coils with bracket Disconnect ignition wires from Ignition coils and remove from bracket for hydraulic pump

11 - Bolt 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

Remove and take off bracket with Ignition coils

12 - Banjo bolt 50 Nm (37 ft lb)

Note different types of O-rings and copper seals

13 - O-rings/copper seals Always replace

Install O-rings on both sides in the ring piece of pressure hose

14 - O-rings/copper seals Always replace

Install on tube fitting

15 - Tube fitting 50 Nm (37 ft lb)

Install in pump

Note different types of O-rings and copper seals

16 - Hose clamps 17 - Bolt/washer assemblies 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

18 - Bolts Eliminated on left side (from direction of travel) along with sliding bushing, starting with VIN ... PN 009 632 (1993 m.y.)

19 - Bracket Mounted on cylinder head

20 - Suction hose Mount, with attached bracket, on bracket -AUDI-C4-SU02-48-012-0119-

21 - Bolt/washer assembly 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

Remove ignition coils with bracket; remove upper pulley guard.

Turn open-end wrench in direction of arrow and install drift 3204.

Remove ribbed belt from pulley.
