Der erste Einbauversuch brachte die Erkenntnis, daß der Lader einfach viel zu dicht am Zylinderkopf sitzt und so die Druckdose nicht an seinem angestammten Platz verbleiben kann ... schade, denn im 2F wäre genügend Platz, um den K03 original aus dem Passt oder A4 zu übernehmen. Was im Lupo notwendig, ist für den 86C - 2F eher hinderlich ...

 

... als nächstes stand die Ölversorgung und das Basteln des Abgasrohres an. Die Absenkung der Verdichtung sollte eigentlich durch Ändern des Brennraumes im Zylinderkopf sowie Bearbeiten der Kolben erzielt werden, weil das die “eleganteste” Lösung ist. Aus Kostengründen sowie der Rückrüstbarkeit fiel die Wahl auf eine lasergeschnittene Zwischenplatte zur Verdichtungsreduzierung auf 9,5:1 ... Nachdem die CAD-Zeichnung für die Platte fertig war wurde diese und gleich noch die Anschlussplatten für Krümmer und Turbolader bei der Lasertechnik Braunschweig in Auftrag gegeben ...

Står det at han har brukt en turbo (k03) i fra 1.8 turbo å at TT/A3 ikkje e brukandes ?
