Lukt av bensin A4

Hei har en 2004 mod a4 1.8t, brukte bilen til fjellet i helgen! Merket ved stans av bilen att det var merkbart bensinlukt rundt bilen! kan ikke se bensinsøl under bilen! noen som har tips?

The smell is coming from your breather hoses, which is most likely cracked after you changed the PCV. It's the hose that originates from your block (about 1.5" Z-shaped on a 058, and a L-shape on a 06A), that feeds into a rubber T fitting that feeds into your PCV pipe. The rubber T is most likely cracked. You can find it by looking underneath your intake manifold (above oil cooler/filter assembly). I can almost be certain that it's cracked, and it's carbon blowby gases are blowing up the engine bay, and then sucked into your HVAC intake in front of the windshield blowing into the cabin.
